Btw – as instructed by Dell Premium Support, even after complete windows reset including drive format and removal of personal files situation is still the same. And there is no visible physical damage on the laptop. Meanwhile, I would be using ” DroidCam Wireless Webcam” to use my phone camera instead of laptop camera to attend zoom meetings.

HI AnuragGupta, have you mentioned to your manufacturer’s support that you have already re-installed Windows 10? It is looking like this is more of a hardware problem rather than just re-installing Windows which you have already did. Okay, I hope that is the only possible solution I can have at this point of time.
