To be clear my original question was not trying to figure out desktop vs tablet mode. I was asking is there a way as there has been in previous windows versions while in desktop mode to switch the UI to “Windows Classic”. This is usually located in the personalization settings in the control panel. I don’t seem to see that option in windows 10, and was under the impression they were putting that back in for this version since they left it out of windows 8.
